I appreciated the helpful reception staff. The room included a comfortable bed. The shower worked very well. The hotel's proximity to the Concord metro station made getting around very convenient.
The rooms seemed to lack sound isolation. I could hear noises from the corridor at times.

the design with christian lacroix was a real highlight. i was like i was in a special destination, not a hotel. the price was good considering the excellent location i found myself in. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the street facing rooms were a little noisy at night i must say.

i booked a double room, and it was very clean. the location was superb and the shower was good. the staff were very helpful and stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out.
The room was small, it was difficult to open my suitcase fully on the floor. i also didn't like having to check in and out my room key at the front desk every time i came and went. It was inconvenient.
